Not unlike a witbeer because it's not overpowered by hops (obviously) with the citrus notes.

You can make it with sugar, but malt gives depth.

Quite alcoholic, but that's no suprise, it usually comes out 5-6 % but I don't bother measuring.

A light, floral, and herbal witbeer with a slight banana kick and creamy texture. Really well done.
