First in my WoF arc 3 charm series. The lovely Blue!
I’ve been looking forwards to these ones, as Fae creatures are my thing in general. So insect dragons? Hec yea!

A sketch of Blue the Silkwing and Cricket the Hivewing sharing a romantic embrace. Both are depicted in profile. Blue is hugging Cricket from behind while both are sitting. His forelimbs rest on her shoulders and are wrapped around her. Both are looking in each other's eyes and blushing. Their tails are entwined.

The trials and tribulations of someone who does not have wings.

This is perfectly normal behavior. These guys are all professionals in their fields.

A sketch showing Swordtail and Blue. Swordtail has grabbed Blue by his midsection and appears to be gearing up to throw him. He looks intense and determined, while Blue's expression is worried. A sketch showing Swordtail launching Blue up into the air, leaning back and looking vaguely unhinged while doing so. The scene is playing out inside a hive, with buildings and posters of Queen Wasp in the background. Blue is tumbling through the air with his arms flailing. Cricket waits atop a high ledge above Swordtail, preparing to catch Blue. Sketch of Cricket the Hivewing standing in front of a building. This is a continuation of the previous situation where Swordtail threw Blue up a ledge. Cricket's gaze is directed upward, presumably towards Blue who is about to land. Sketch of the same scene with Cricket. Blue has missed Cricket completely and crashed through a screen window in the background, with only his legs and tail sticking out. Cricket is wincing.

More Blues. One cute, two stupid.

Picture of Blue the Silkwing eating a honey drop, shown in profile. His back is leaning against a hive wall while he is holding a honey drop in his front talons (his pinky claw is extended for some reason). His eyes are closed and his expression suggests he is enjoying the taste. There is some honey residue stuck to the outside of his mouth. Blue and the hive wall is in the foreground. The backdrop is a gradient of yellows and blues, with silken webbing stretching across it. Sketch of Blue getting held at knife point in an alley by a Hivewing while Luna looks on. Blue says "I don't know, Luna. Am I really justified in taking action at the cost of someone else's right to self-determinate?". Luna replies "Yes!! Absolutely you are!" Blue counters that this is prescriptivist, which the Hivewing mugger agrees with. Luna angrily demands the mugger stay out of this conversation, but Blue says "I think as a party in this transaction, he has a right to be involved." Exasperated, Luna yells "For silk's sake, Blue!!" Continuation of the previous situation. Blue's face is shown in close-up. Luna asks from off-panel "Do you WANT to get stabbed??", to which Blue replies "Well, I do rather enjoy new experiences." Luna, in disbelief, screams "Oh my grub!!!"
