It absolutely is. The fact that he’s been wording it as “retribution” makes it clear we need new Leadership.

“Despicable betrayal” is actually remarkably harsh wording from Schumer.

81/ Counsel invites the court to set down the boundaries in case of an adverse ruling. If it is only the wording that is at issue, she invites the court to hold that the later kind of wording is not affected by the judgment.

I would’ve avoided this specific wording when discussing Tessa Blanchard.

I think this was weasel wording

Half this website throws conniption fits when democrats fail to hit the party line with exactly the right wording, so... Ezra kinda has a point here!
I usually like Ezra Klein but trying to claim that Adam Hamilton is pro-life is pretty dishonest when this is his policy page

On top of that, Colom is a Biden-style “personally pro-life, but respect a woman’s right to choose” which is functionally pro-choice lol

Deceptive wording + diminishing reading comprehension

The "that they now have" wording is snotty, right? Am I imagining that?
UPDATE: After forcing the plaintiffs in the golf course case to go to Reyes seeking to compel production of the NCPC submission, someone just emailed it to plaintiffs' counsel last night. DOJ didn't tell Reyes tell today and were even a bit snotty about it. www.lawdork.com/p/federal-ju...

All too often they’re deceitfully phrased. I don’t know the exact wording of the anti-trans ballot measure, but I wouldn’t be surprised

Such a simple bit of wording would solve our Tesla problem right away.

It took a thousand years to complete a mail-in ballot in LA this year (a million things to vote on, super confusing wording) and it was worth every minute. Voting isn’t everything but I’ll never skip it.

Please use the approved wording:

It wasn't set on fire, it was a "flame-involved burning"

They are so bad. You get clever wording in the ballot and get voters to pass the stupidest shit.

You can stop wording these titles like the claim is legit. We know they are lying.

#ProofMeWrong.
