My local non league team, Whitby Town, is playing Workington today.
I commented Workington were in Division 4 a few years ago.
I checked and they left in 1977. Turns out a few is 48.

This coastal scene on a bright blue sky March day shows the artificial cliffs formed by industrial slag waste along the coast by Workington, Cumbria, England. These cliffs are composed of slag, a stony by-product created during the iron and steel-making process. Over more than a century, molten slag was tipped along the coast, resulting in artificial hills, cliffs, and pavements. The area is now known as the "Slag Bank" and has become a landmark on the Workington coastline. These industrial waste materials are currently being studied for their potential to absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Workington Steel Works was a major Cumbrian industrial complex, primarily located at Moss Bay, that operated for over 130 years before closing in August 2006. Known as a world leader in rail production, it used Bessemer converters to produce high-quality steel rails and sleepers. The site was crucial to the local economy and was later part of Corus before its final closure.
