Too much going on - out in the world, among my friends & family, & in here, inside my head. So I've been doing this.

New fingerless gloves #writerswhoknit in acrylic on two needles - a cheap and quick pair, but the colours are pleasing

What's in the works for Xmas?

There's talk of making a proper #Writerswhoknit feed. If you search in Feeds there are 2 posts already up, one of which is not mine. So here's my list of writers I know on here who knit. Just post up something knitting-related & use this hashtag & hey presto! And save the feed to see updates. 1/2

Round fren I knit for family member in hospital. It's a modified Bunimal -- pattern by Fuzzy Mitten (Barbara Prime), available on Ravelry. #knit #knittoys #writerswhoknit

Today so far! I was given this slightly harsh-coloured hand-dyed wool (w/sparkles in) & ordered some lavender mohair to tone it down & for cosiness, for a beret & neckwarner for a 6-year-old. It's an even bigger success than I thought! V excited now!

Did we ever get that #Writerswhoknit feed going?

My kit for #PostcardsFromAbroadMKAL from @missbabsyarns, wound and ready to go. Fun begins at midnight tonight. Well, midnight somewhere in the world. Still waiting for the first clue to drop.

New year, new beginning, new project. (Ignore the UFOs.)
