I mean the first thing that came to mind was wruffstuff, but i also heard furries talking about the bugs bunny paw shoes about a year ago, converse did a small premotion awhile back inspired by the trend of drawing paw toe lines on their shoes, and i know ive seen similar shoe modals in vrchat.

just realised I've owned my @wruffstuff.com hood for 6 years (and a couple days!) so here's a throwback to one of my first pictures as Nimo! 🎂🐶🩲

Depends on the style you want WruffStuff is a decent brand, those their style is bit different than say a Mr S Leathers hood.

My birthday present to me has arrived. Welcome to the world, Spitz. He will go with my leather Dalmatian hood, Spots, to make Spitz and Spots: Dalmatian brothers in arms. #HumanPup #WruffStuff #NewFace

If you're just looking to try it out, either of those work. I will say I found both to be a bit too warm for my liking but I tend to run hot. Frisky was also a bit too tight for me. If you want something less all enclosing and a bit cooler in temp, I'd suggest checking wruffstuff.

WruffStuff out of the UK has some unique, handcrafted ones. I wasnt sure if you were going to start out with a cheaper machine made one to train on or not. www.etsy.com/shop/WruffSt...

I found a brand of pup hoods from another pup, and though the designs aren’t 100% my style, I can’t say I’m not tempted to get a good from WruffStuff, mostly because it’s a mask-style hood and would be more comfy to wear for longer periods. And also easier to deal with since I have long hair, lol.

Those are some reasons I like going dogmode in my wruffstuff pup hood tbh. Good vision and breathability and scrunches up enough to fit in a bag.
And they can be made to look fursona-ish

I know a lot of folk don't like AI "art", but it can have its uses for silly things that you wouldn't want to commission an actual artist to waste their time/effort on. Like turning my three fursonas into collectable figurines. AI Generation Prompt credit goes to WruffStuff on the bird site.

Have you checked out wruffstuff? They're about as well known as mr s leather and do premade open backs. Looking on their site they have a free keychain add on option where the green paw is for socially anxious pups and yellow for those willing to help out at events aw
