so after 10 days, sy can barely stand up straight with how much she NEEDS bingjie inside her
meanwhile, bingjie, used to these desires bc of xinmo, calmly waits for her in a small bamboo house that they bought and both live in since they began this deal months ago

Bingyuan where Binghe uses Xinmo to connect thru dimensions with Shen Yuan's phone. Binghe holds the hilt next to his ear to take a call from SY, with the blade pointing up like an antenna. It looks like the most ridiculous thing after 80's satellite phones

Actually, looking at these passages, I think the Recoil Problem (resolved with the side quest) and the Unbalanced Demonic Qi Problem (resolved with the nuns) are separate xinmo problems. But the point still stands: sex isn't offered as a foolproof answer to either issue.

3) Bingge goes on a super long side-quest to suppress xinmo for good.

Basically, my "fandom has bimbofied xinmo and turned it into a sex sword" argument comes down to the following evidence:
1) SY literally dies using sex to save LBH from his xinmo qi deviation. There's no indication that LBH is killing off his harem to prevent them...that'd be, uh, mega-evil.

And having xinmo as a bimbofied Sex Sword is like...classic Airplane plot device.

Part of me is, like...should I repost my "xinmo was bimbofied by fandom into a sex sword" analysis somewhere, because I do still think I'm right? That xinmo doesn't actually force Bingge to have sex in canon? But also, I don't think the fanon matters really...I'm kinda like, who cares.

bingge is a primarily wrath flame user: he also began as skyflame user but after the abyss and finidng xinmo, he used his rage to create storm flame (destruction) wave energy, and mixing sky and storm makes a very destructive power. he also has desert flame, but he doesnt uses it

- thats why mengmo chose him; after the abyss, he can summon night flames but they get out of control (xinmo equivalent), on lesser extent, earth flame (gravity) to move objects
sqq is a dual aspect user: forest flame (realization), thats why he can control the leaves and vegetation;

Bingqiu brainworm to think about tomorrow: modern superhero au where SY daylights as a young college professor and moonlights as a vigilante named QingQiu, and LBH is his favored student (who also happens to be his nemesis, XinMo, by night)
