Chakra UI covers all of the layers, while Radix+Stitches handles everything else except for (6). Xstyled does only (2) and (3), and Reakit solves only (4). I think 😅.

Many JS frameworks base their theme file structure on the (JSON/JS based) System UI theme specification. A couple of new ones that I like are: @stitchesjs, #xstyled and @getnextui. Since the JSON formats are so similar, converting between them shouldn't be too difficult. 🧵3/7
