I remember when you, Mary and Jill were all first playing it cos I was living vicariously through the livetweets until I got a copy myself.
It'd say it's about as quirky as the whole ghost pirate bit in Ys8, but I think that makes it charming.

May I recommend Ys 8 a game about a bunch of horny castaways in a medieval fantasy world whose fates are intertwined with a super tall dinosaur lady who is a huge badass? Also, you have to face your own mortality as it is revealed that human extinction may be inevitable. Also has a killer OST

Fühle mich versucht, Fördermitglied bei #bytefm zu werden. Und zwar nur, um mit dem Musikwunsch, den man dann anbringen darf, ein bisschen Leben in die Bude zu bringen.

Ever since I beat Ys1, the OST for the series has been on my music playlist and it's so good. Really love that every track has a rock vibe to it as these songs just pump me up every time. Out of the five games I've played I definitely think I prefer the Ys8 OST, that one goes crazy lol

Sometimes I am listening to the Ys8 OST and I wish I could forget the game so I can experience it all over again.

I thought it was the port version or something I really wasn't try to shame you I am sorry😭
I am surprised that you could apparently run daybreak looking normal (except for the random models turning into the sun😂) but Ys8 not. I would have thought Ys8 would be running more smoothly.

very close to finishing ys8 the mimosa of dana. an extremely maximalist ys that for the most part manages to make everything flow really well without it feeling overbearing
