I had a moment of pride when I saw grocery stores in Mexico stocked with McCain fries, right up there with Coca-Cola for foreign brand penetration in the Yucatán
Think of french fries as a New Brunswick example. They are harvested and processed in an NB facility. They are then flash frozen and packaged. Those fries will remain frozen all the way to grocery stores. They will pass through refrigerated warehouses, trucks, storage rooms, and freezer displays.
