YAY! Romance upgrade is official in-game which means comics are soon to follow! And by soon I mean a couple months? 😅 I already have the Yurgir fight scripted and I think I can have it done and up by the end of the year. I'm gonna really take time to refine the confession scripts.

Anyone who's completed bg3 will know very damn well that when Larian did put in examples of bestiality, incest and necrophilia, they made it very clear with Yurgir, Sarevok and Durge. There's no fucking way Halsin would ever be any of those 3 because Larian made it clear they're evil acts.

I also did this with Yurgir and I do wish after his initial disapproval at trying to talk you could have an aside with him like "just trust me bro. watch this shit" and then get like triple approval at the end. XD Because come on you KNOW he thought that shit was funny.

Really? Because you will always encounter Raphael at the Thorm Maunsoleum, who will then offer Astarion a deal to kill Yurgir (the Orthon) in exchange of revealing the truth of his scars. The post Yurgir confession is not time sensitive, either, and you can even get it after killing Ketheric.

I missed meeting Rolan & Alfira, failed the Yurgir battle ~6 times, fought everything in the Shadowlands because I couldn't get the dialogue right & I WAS A BARD. Didn't long rest & missed so many cut scenes. & everyone had rope in their inventory because I was SURE we would need rope at some point.
I would honestly like to hear your horror stories that made your first game a nightmare (for you or the companions). Because I believe the things that made us reload hours of gameplay are actually the important ones.

Yurgir is such a pain in the ass! I much prefer to persuade him, fighting the invisible fuckers is my biggest pet peeve in this game 😅
The rope is sending me, tho 💀 I'm pretty sure I hoarded some too. And pliers. Not for everyone's inventory, tho 💀

Rae was not and still isn't immune to Yurgir's savagery, Yurgir calling him "little rabbit," and—well, there's the fact that he is a monsterfucker.
It did not help that Yurgir fought Raphael with Rae and the others, and that after the fight Yurgir made certain suggestions. (1/2)
