That makes sense. I've had good luck with zensa and DeepRelief. I got the zensa from my electrologist, and the DeepRelief is from Shoppers. Not sure if you've tried either of these, but both work pretty well for me. No idea where to get zensa other than from Angie 😂

if it’s too old it won’t be nearly as effective maybe test it before your next appointment.

if you need to buy more Zensa is the way to go imo. it’s the only cream rated to be applied into an open wound, like a tattoo, where others are not. it’s basically design for tattoo work :)

oh, you're 100% right. i'm turning 36 this year, but i've had to use zensa numbing cream since like 2019 to prep (but i also typically go in for larger pieces). when i got my toad done, it blew my mind how tender the inside of my upper arm is.

This is specifically the stuff I have, and you don't need to use a lot so this tube will last you ages. You just need to apply it like 15-20 minutes before a session so it has time to do it's stuff.

DAY 28 - Historical figures Togxan's history is full of important figures: artists, war heroes, activists, explorers, inventors... Here are a few. Zensa the Inedible, legendary anti-cannibalism advocate of the early days of the Contact Era, has already been mentioned on day 4 (History): during an all-out fight/debate with the rival thinker now known as Haelo the Famished, she argued that eating other Wolxi was an unacceptable affront to the whole species, putting it on the same level as lesser animals. Besides, there was no longer a use for the practice if efforts in sustainable hunting were maintained. As the discussion went on, she requested Haelo's opinion on the taste of her own leg, a request that Haelo honoured with the answer: “Bublbuhbuh”. Indeed, her mouth was full of calf at the time, but regardless, the historical words were recorded for posterity. Zensa emerged victorious, having three limbs left while Haelo had none, and was missing most of her teeth: unwilling to compromise on her ideals, even as some within the crowd encouraged her to, Zensa didn't have a single bite of the severed extremities, either. She now has a day honouring her memory and achievements, and the debate is discussed in history class. DAY 28 - Historical figures Boopi, Radra, Eroi, Driafo and Okuu Moon-Treader were the first Wolxi to have landed on one of Togxan's moons. Their relationship began during their training, and they went on their mission as a quintet, sharing their first steps on a celestial body with all the more joy and getting married a few years after returning to their homeworld as heroes. Their competence led to the success of the mission, but their bond is what helped make space exploration a romantic-sounding pursuit and brought about more trips to the other moons, the third of which led to the discovery of hyperstone, a key mineral in the creation of hyperspace portals. That discovery eventually led to first contact with the Fllllllurbt. DAY 28 - Historical figures Colonel Zeedu Hunting-Group was a hero of the last inter-civilisation major war that Togxan has been involved in. The Yofjegg, a species of large armoured organisms, had had their eyes on the Wolxi's hyperstone supplies for a while when they started making demands which understandably angered the international community. Because they had been observing the Wolxi's internal conflicts, the Yofjegg were fooled into believing they wouldn't be too ruthless, and they declared war on the civilisation: they brought their fleet to the system and conducted raids on the moons, massacring most of those who opposed them and taking the rest as prisoners. The war itself lasted for years, with the Wolxi first losing ground until the Yofjegg made a serious mistake: they sent troops on the ground to try to occupy strategic areas. When the time was right, civilians descended on them like a pack of ravenous... well, Wolxi, and killed the occupying force, stealing their weaponry and beacons. Meanwhile, then-Lieutenant Zeedu Hunting-Group of the Twelve-second Mech Battalion flew, along with her women, into one of the enemy ships after zig-zagging in the crossfire between the enemies’ orbit and the artillery on the planet. Once she blasted her way through a hull weakened by said artillery, she led her subordinates through the corridors, blowing up anything that stood in her way, letting the (very frustrated) prisoners out of the brig and using the stolen beacons to beam a good chunk of the resistance up into the ship where they went on a rampage, eventually taking over it. Those events didn't directly lead to the end of the war, but they turned its tide and gave a lot of hope to the planet's comparatively small military.
