I saw them at Ziggys in Winston Salem NC probably '84, '85. Their 2nd Lp was produced at Mitch Easter's Drive In Studio in Winston Salem. I had this on in the background and thought it sounded familiar.

saw Weezer on the Pinkerton tour when they didn't come close to selling out Ziggys in Winston-Salem. It did have the feeling that they were about to vanish from the landscape. Nerfherders were the opening act.

Yeah it's the last "grown-up" movie I saw while still fully a kid; my hot take was that it was amazing because important things happened *and* funny things were said
