Say hey to Jenni, a trainer at ZingTrain! 👋 Jenni has a number of training specialties, including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB); she's brought a DEIB lens to many of the established, everyday concepts at Zingerman’s, like the 10-4 Rule and how we talk about beliefs.

Arianna Téllez León is a trainer at ZingTrain. Her first introduction to the ZCoB was as a food runner at Zingerman’s Delicatessen in 2012. She had only planned to work at the Deli for the summer, but the quality of training and on-the-job classes solidified her belief in Zingerman’s!

you can thank zingerman's for this. www.zingtrain.com/blog/strong-... it's creepy as shit and they train other businesses to do this (they did a virtual training for michigan libraries on this and i HATE IT). it's one thing to greet people as they walk in, and another to make your employees do this
