There are serious people doing serious work on this, with detailed analyses of how climate change is affecting food production, hazards, health, etc.

Yes, there are some actual scientific estimates of the burdens of climate change, air pollution, poor diets, etc., on “excess mortality and morbidity”. There is a whole body of literature on this.

That’s about the worst possible way to spend money addressing climate change right now. Expensive and slow.
