Agreed about Fettermen, I hate it. We should be able to Vote of No Confidence that guy like they do in the UK. But I don't see how R's having (or not replacing) a non voting Senator is bad for us.
We have a mentally and emotionally broken man in the Senate and there's nothing we can do to remove him.
