Milei in Brazil with explicit goal of boosting Flávio Bolsonaro's candidacy. Not impossible that support from Argentina's leader impresses the wavering base of the right-wing Brazilian contender but impossible to imagine it moving anyone else.

China will no longer require a visa for Brazilian visitors and Brazil, following its policy of reciprocity, will no longer require visas of Chinese visitors. Feels like some kind of watershed.
