Nice ride today. I intended to continue ascending all the way to Puerto del León and then come down via Fuenteolletas. I finally thought twice and acknowledged the fatigue and the intense heat, so I descended to Cala del Moral after Olías. The way down was fast and fun.

Nice ride today. The Chevreuse Valley was really nice, then it all got too urban. The Bièvres bit was much nicer. Hadn't pedalled the Coulée Verte forna while, did not remember such steep parts.

Nice ride today with Audrey. We took the train to Champagne-sur-Oise, then rode across Carnelle, Ile Adam and Montmorency forests. Several breaks to enjoy the scenery and the sunshine. The Montmorency forest crossing proved to be very technical. We certainly did not have the right tyres.

Daytripper return ride today. I love to leave the city behind me simply by pedalling. Following the Ourcq canal is quite nice. However, the path gets pretty rough from Claye-Souilly onwards, eastbound.

Nice ride today. The Carnelle forest crossing was invigorating. I could not find a clear path to ride along the Oise river. The bit from l'Ile Adam to Mery sur Oise was truly beautiful and calm.

Nice ride today. I missed the suggested itinerary to cut across Saint Germain parc on the way back. Still, it was green and refreshing.
