I'm not sure that I understand why kube_pod_container_status_waiting_reason is an entirely different metric from kube_pod_container_status_waiting - feels like reason should just always be a label on the latter and that's that. What am I missing here? #kubernetes #o11y #prometheus #k8s

if you instanciate your array of arrays as [][]string{{}} you put an empty array as the first entry in the array so when you do myarray[0][0] that's gonna crash even if your regular append process later on works - not that anyone but me is surprised by that, but here we are #golang

The final scenario is probably most solvable if you either have a good evader, or just a Guardian for Tank&Spank. We played with a full card pool, not even close to minmaxing the decks though. It was hard. The numbers are high. #ahlcg #arkhamhorror #arkhamlcg

We finished Children of the Blood yesterday. The "end boss" of the final scenario feels like it's a bit of a miss in design, unless the goal was explicitly to make him close to impossible to kill him unless you're rolling Guardian. Other than that, great campaign. #ahlcg #arkhamhorror #arkhamlcg

We finished Children of the Blood yesterday. The "end boss" of the final scenario feels like it's a bit of a miss in design, unless the goal was explicitly to make him close to impossible to kill him unless you're rolling Guardian. Other than that, great campaign. #ahlcg #arkhamhorror #arkhamlcg
The numbers you have to repeatedly test against to not eat huge amounts of damage, especially when fighting the boss of New Horizons, is brutal. That guy heals up for each time you mess up a check against 4, with a chaos bag that's likely spiked with Blood already. #ahlcg #arkhamhorro #arkhamlcg

While playing very differently, he's similar to Izzie. Izzie can throw a ton of ??? skills in her deck, which Miguel can't. In order to do his thing, Miguel also needs to plan a lot of slots for Events to even get anything from his ability. It's a rough time for the Survivors in Chapter 2 so far.

I think it's an illusion that you can really Flex as Miguel. You need to enable Foot and Fist to fight, you need to enable Book, you need to hold three items in hand slots to reasonably flex, and you also can't really afford to bomb every Willpower test or you'll die. #ahlcg #arkhamlcg #arkhamhorror

Played Miguel through Carnivale of Horrors yesterday. It was... largely miserable, if I'm fully real. The goods make me feel like if I twist and turn the list there's something , but I think that's copium. No real good stat, no proper weapon, no way to use the Compass well. #arkhamlcg

Another learning from this campaign: You can chill on your main fighter's capabilities. Izzie really isn't a great fighter and she still somehow made it to the finale of Carcosa. Would I want her as my only goon in Innsmouth? No, but I learned a lot about what leaway a fighter actually has. #ahlcg

The fact that Cryptic Research is an experience less, is fast, doesn't cost resources and can target anyone probably makes it the better overall card, but Unbridled Knowledge is not far behind. Impressive piece of cardboard. #ahlcg #arkhamhorror

What if Dig Through Time didn't select two but three cards? The comparison between Cryptic Research and Unbridled Knowledge is a little more nuanced as this question, but it's close. What I can tell for now: Both cards are very good. #ahlcg #arkhamlcg

Once the current card pool grows to rotation point though, I believe she'll be strong enough though. She's probably a pretty nasty powerhouse in Legacy, too. Rarely seen a character that would love Grisly Totem (3) more than her. #ahlcg #arkhamhorro #arkhamlcg

I see that Aleksey is kind of a non-negotiable. Sure, her ability is a direct and so is blood curse, but with Alksey you could also be looking at the Blood Offering to fix her awful resource sitation. In all seriousness, nothing about Izzie is actually good enough. #ahlcg #arkhamhorror #arkhamlcg
