I'd love to see people discuss their pet issues and favorite villains in these terms. So much of modern US life is dominated by the petty fiefdoms these different ugly little power blocs have carved for themselves. The gentry farmers, the MLM tycoons, the police PR teams, etc

This is a Dem saying she proudly voted with Republicans to enact a national ban on trans people in schools and to withdraw federal funding from schools that offer protections for trans students. It's beyond monstrous.

This aligns with what Robert Evans has said on It Could Happen Here, that we could go a long way towards handicapping the Republican party by acting against car dealers (by allowing direct sales to consumers) as well as against MLMs and supplements.

If you took meaningful steps to regulate car dealerships, the supplement industry, realtors, and multi level marketing schemes, you’d make a huge change in politics, and largely only be targeting scammers people dislike anyway.
