May I have your attention? The first seal on the fabric of reality lies broken, and before you lies a portal which will be your first step on a journey, but be warned: This quest is not without its perils. Though with every great endeavor, the reward is worth the risk. Navigate through the dark corridor, avoid the shadowy creatures of this void whose home you shall pass through to reach the second portal that leads you further onward towards what has been rumored to be… The first leg on finding the mythical is before you. For the brave, worlds of wonder which are found by opening the first file in the program known as the “w1tchw4re”, which is the key and the gate, is the promise that will be fulfilled, but this fortune will only favor the bold. Run the program, and sprint through this labyrinth, and those not claimed by this nighted passage will find at its end an ascension into the sublime. To find the light, step into shadow. Transgress the liminal…

Man… sometimes you find people to collaborate with on projects that just crawl into your brain & come up with the EXACT vibe you had in your mind! I am witnessing that in real time right now, & it’s blowing my damn MIND. 🤯

I cannot WAIT to share with you all the magick thats being made!! #w1tchw4re

So, last night I finished work on the final song for the new Bad Acid Cult Halloween-centric album, “w1tchw4re”! The song count is 12, one each to act as avatars for each post-meridian hour, but an extra special bonus track will be included in the Bandcamp release to make it a witch’s dozen of thirteen tracks! The reasoning behind the special bonus song edition is a special thank you to everyone who actually purchases the album on that site, since I actually get a WAY better share of the proceeds from sales there, opposed to streaming sites, but it will also be on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, and every other single streaming service where music can be found. I am not going to tell you what the bonus track is, but I am mighty proud of that one! Also, each of the tracks have numbers in the titles, which (or ”witch” rather) if one is resolute and interested, have a bit of a hidden meaning when deciphered. When the day & night once more stand on equal footing, be wary, for the witch shall take flight.

10 years ago when I first started the composition of tracks that would become “The Journey Outward” I was inspired by a dream I had where a spirit watched from the heavens over the rapid evolution of an alien world.

I decided to remix it for “The Sojourn Inward”, to show growth. Link below.

Today’s focus is Ericson, TM’s “Ray-Dome” remix of “Adrift on Celestial Waves”, which kept the core elements of that song I wrote, but infused it with masterful care sublime elements which elevated the original work whilst making it his own in a configuration that is awe-inspiringly beautiful!

Today’s track focus is on John F, Ketamine’s “Strong Currents” remix of “Adrift on Celestial Waves”!

His version was a complete inversion that kept on theme with the title of the record, making a low key trip hop song into some of the hardest techno I have heard! A tour-de-force! Link below:

Today’s track focus is on @joshkillcrop.bsky.social “Wine-Dark” mix of “Stars Rain”! Last summer he asked me to remix his “Plastic Embrace” track, which is easily the best remix I have ever done & I was itching to have him return the favor, which he did BEAUTIFULLY! Link below!

Today we focus on the remix by the founder of Space 7, Raj’r T Taim, aka Taimbot! His use of live bass and electric guitar to recreate the original synths I wrote and his use of exceptionally warm analog synths gave the song a bubbly dubby feel that I absolutely adore! Incredible work!! #dubtechno
