The Mersey was like a mill pond so flat and calm with a beautiful sky above
Usual waders on shore ..curlew,redshank,oystercatchers,a few little and a gw egret.
2 stonechat, 2 raven,kestrel,buzzard and lovely to see one of the barn owls out early .

A lovely Evening #patchbirding

Not many but still good to see a few waders back on the shore on #patchbirding over high tide 4 Dunlin,8 sanderling ,1 whimbrel ,4 curlew.
Lots of young birds around the woods nuthatch,goldcrest,song thrush ( pics) there were also robins,mistle thrush,woodpecker ,jays blackcaps.
