The animation shows the evolution of Total Aerosol Optical Depth at 550 nm. During active wildfire, elevated AOD values can highlight of smoke plumes along with other aerosol sources such as dust, sea salt, and pollution.

I completed the animation project in @yan-holtz.bsky.social 's d3-loves-react course. The goal of my project was to build interactive charts that allow users to switch between different data views using buttons, while creating smooth transitions with Motion.
