I made the Claire Saffitz zucchini galette at half the size because our CSA did NOT give us too much overripe zucchini but only two small flavorful ones. Despite rancid wheat flour it was incredible.

It was 6am for us. My aunt called saying we should cancel the trip to NYC we were planning with her. She lives in Ontario, then a house, now in a memory care facility, and thinks she lives in New York, and is always packing to go "home".
