I have mentioned my colleague who uses AI as a devtool but hates it when people use it to communicate with him. I get that. You think you're on friendly terms with someone, and then you find out that for some reason, communicating with you is a chore that they spend tokens to avoid.

The grip that Meta has on Taiwanese society is genuinely mind blowing. Outside of WhatsApp, Meta platforms dominate here. Taiwan is Threads' biggest market, people still post lengthy blogs on Facebook. IG is the biggest marketing channel.

I don't get the progressive obsession with immigration. It's Treatlerite-coded. Somewhere at the periphery, some government is enacting tax hikes so they can continue to educate the next generation of citizens, just for them to end up delivering burritos to lazy Yanks.
