Hello #BlueSky. I'm a 54, living with an energy limiting illness #LongCovid. I used to be a runner and long distance hiker, among other things. I am fortunate to be well enough to work, and sometimes well enough to still have adventures, I usually pay for them with long periods of ill health. 1/2

Morning #Bluesky day 2 of my 13 days off work and today is another gorgeous day here in #WestYorkshire the plans are to get some reading done, maybe edit some videos and hopefully get some weed killer down on my paving cos it’s out of control since my Gardner ghosted me. #alr4mr #uk #yorkshire

I recently complained about the new appointment system at my GPs, as it is not fit for purpose. The reply was very dismissive & said it was for purpose. Waiting for my appointment & the receptionists are just dealing with people who cannot get appointments on the new system. Yep. Working just fine

After 2 months of Sciatica in one leg with no real relief even from pregabalin & a year wait to get physio on the NHS (and basically GPs saying we cannot send you for any scans to find the root of the issue until I have seen a physiotherapist) - now I appear to have it starting in the other leg. Yay
