This is a powerful reminder that preconceived notions often shape "science" more than evidence does. For 200 years, we assumed a rich burial with tools belonged to a man - but DNA just proved it was a female metalworker.

We need to challenge these biases!

Did Neanderthals paint rafts on cave walls? 🚣‍♂️ While Pleistocene seafaring is highly probable based on island lithics, the rock art record remains strictly non-figurative (abstract shapes/stencils). No boats or narrative scenes here!
