Many a teenage hour spent re-enacting this with my fellow Python lovers at school - even though this movie was released 5 years before we were born. Genius and timeless comedy that is infinitely quotable.

Happy birthday to the absolute legend that is Claudia Christian. Commander Susan Ivanova was my OG favourite character on B5 (life changes your perspective, right?). As a teenager, I wanted to be like Ivanova, she was tough, brave, smart, funny and a damn fine officer. So I joined the military at 17

I never met Lt Lily Mae Fisher, but what an incredible woman. She was an inspiration to so many of us in the service in spite of the fact that her career was just at the beginning. If you’ve not seen her instagram page, it’s worth a scroll. She was just a legend. Fair winds Lily, to you Chris & Owen
