I think Americans have it all wrong. You are blaming CEOs for the poor service they offer. Wrong.
You should grab your politicians by the balls and demand consumer protection. It’s literally what they are elected to do. You vote for them to do that but corporations bribe them to ignore your needs.

Over 30 years later, the US is still the only industrialized country without universal healthcare.

One of the worst things Canada imported from the US is car dependency. It is both financially and ecologically unsustainable that is bankrupting our cities. If want to build Canada strong, with more affordable and beautiful neighborhoods, we need to fully reject the US scam of car-centric cities.
