Umbrella use is an indicator sign of a healthy city. People used to actively moving about their urban spaces know that simple tools mitigate weather concerns.

Alternatively, this is why you see North Americans getting soaked in the rain. They know nothing beyond car to door, door to car transit.

My unsolicited advice for local advocacy groups: Demonizing your opponents by claiming they are corrupt and hate democracy can fire up your base, but it also damages your credibility and reputation.
