Reading some posts by @englishmansdcc.bsky.social about AI & doing so made me realise that AI would undoubtedly be a component of Darkseid’s Anti-Life Equation. Which puts it into a context I can make sense of in emotional terms. No wonder AI makes my flesh crawl. How else to respond to Anti-Life?

People are giving the "satire" in Dungeon Crawler Carl way too much credit.
This series is enjoyable. People are right Dinniman absolutely grows as an author as it goes. There are also lots of refreshingly earnest scenes that I appreciate.

It’s very simple and it’s been said over and over but I guess it needs saying continuously: if you deem one group too small to have equal rights you are enabling fascism, not fighting it. The people saying Dems are GREAT on trans rights are not paying attention and/or saying stuff like this.

As someone who can recite multiple lantern oaths from memory, I feel I am fully qualified to say that these people need to fucking lighten up and not take this so seriously.
I thought it was good, but if this ends up bringing H.E.A.T. people out of the woodwork I will be so pissed.

I say this with love for the absurdity of comics: this is a comic about using the power of imagination and the color green to battle the rest of the color spectrum
