Today the #Clarity Act has passed the Senate committee.
A significant step toward regulatory clarity for digital assets in the US.
This should reduce uncertainty and support further institutional involvement in the #Crypto market.

After a long period of quiet #Crypto consolidation, today #Bitcoin BTC pushed through to $75k - the first real positive move we’ve seen for a while.
Maybe this is a gentle reminder that the underlying cycle still has breath left in it.

Gold & Silver have been flying high whilst #Bitcoin #BTC dropped sharply from $90k to $80k.
It's easy to panic. Many did.
But that is 'risk-off' momentum, and the game could easily change when markets go 'risk-on'.
A change in Fed Leadership could drive this sort of change.

Theres now a minor #Crypto market pullback.
Not unexpected, some folks just want to get out due to the negative climate
So far there is a strong hold at current levels -

Over the past few weeks in #Crypto there have been regular ups & downs, with slightly more positive sentiment forming.
But just slightly.

A wave of green candles across #Crypto, following a #Bitcoin #BTC run from $80k up to $88k over the past few days.
#Solana #SOL is up from $129 to $138 today, and #Ethereum #ETH is almost back to the $3k level.
It's still a volatile time but nice to see positive activity.

It's been a brutal week in #Crypto but I think there is reason to remain positive.
Some analysts are saying this huge decline is a healthy consolidation.
Coins are changing hands.
Institutional ETFs are selling.
This could be the transition to a new era.

Its nice to see significant green candles forming across most of the #Crypto sector.
#Bitcoin #BTC has run up to $92k, and many key #altcoins are up between 4% and 7% today.
But sentiment has been very low since 10th Oct, so it could be a temporary pump.

Yesterday El Salvador reportedly bought 1000+ #Bitcoin, a big conviction play, as #BTC dropped down to $90k.
Current stats show that Bitcoin dominance has fallen below 59% & is currently in 'oversold' status with the daily RSI at 26.

The Czech Central Bank just purchased $1 million in #Bitcoin & various other digital assets.
It's the first Central Bank that I'm aware of that has purchased #BTC.
Maybe more will follow their lead.
