Today, CSPI’s Litigation Department and co-counsel at the @aclu.org, @protectdemocracy.org, and others filed a class action lawsuit challenging the National Institutes of Health’s policy of blocking grants in order to censor views it disagrees with. We're unafraid to take this admin to court again.
With CSPI's Litigation department as co-counsel in this suit, we're proud to join this fight to take on the Trump admin's continuing efforts to unconstitutionally and unlawfully terminating thousands of medical research grants.

Last year we filed a similar lawsuit alongside ACLU and others, but the Trump admin's NIH is continuing to make viewpoint-based terminations. With 55 years of experience behind us, we were made for this challenging moment. We’re unafraid to take the administration to court again.
