Follow up to our recent post, if you didn't already know we announced we will be reissuing Hideshi Hino's PANORAMA OF HELL this fall. An absolutely amazing work, we are very excited to bring it back in print and are looking forward to making a gorgeous new edition.

Panorama of Hell (REPRINT)
by Hideshi Hino

(our ✪ STAR FRUIT Edition )

Hideshi Hino’s iconic, lyrical masterpiece. The visionary tableau of an “artist of blood”, whose mad artistry renders in blood-red a family history of generational violence writ large.

I understand that typos happen all the time, but considering how popular Chainsaw Man is, this is pretty embarrassing Manga Million...
Title for chapter 2 of Chainsaw Man on Manga Million is listed as: The Palce Where Pochita Is Correct title of Chainsaw Man chapter listed as: The Place Where Pochita Is

It's a cool project, but with this many languages/books, no single agency can handle it all, and they're not going to shell out to pay translators what they're worth. So even if agencies aren't using gen AI, the rates are low and translators can't spend the time getting the TL just right.

This is what I suspected. Shueisha put out a PR manga about this project with this panel and it felt very dubious.

The translation of たられば as ”tarareba" in the subtitles of Tokyo Tarareba Girls is making me pull my hair out. It's meaningless if you don’t already know Japanese! What is a "tararebe man"?? We will never know if we rely on the English subtitle translation!

The manga artist for the beloved kidʻs Kirby Manga, Hirokazu Hikawa, passed off his assistant's work as his own for own from volumes 10-24 in the original 24 volume run.

And despite this he was brought back by Shogakukan for an anniversary 12 years later and which led to a new serialization.
Kirby Manga Mania "by" Hirokazu Hikawa* *If you consider having a ghost writer/artist for over 50% of this serialization still count as an creator credit

Cannot pick a favorite line from this letter I received in the mail but sir, how can I respond to your fist fight challenge if you give me no return address??
A typed up letter that says: Dear Kelsey Lewin: It seems like you have jumped on the scam wagon. I don't know what universe you live in but a sports title is not rare. That 2013 F1 is not a rare title. Sports titles are very common; I don't know where your getting this idea that this game is rare. You made up a bogus story saying that this video game is rare when it is not. You should be ashamed of yourself because there are people that can barely afford food, and you Idea is to sell them a sports title, supposedly it is rare for a 150 dollars. You got to remember they have not increased minimum wage sense 2010. You are no different from the luxury name brands. Or you need to buy Gucci or Versace your not shit without it. Your feeding off of peoples insecurities. Even my video collection though small will be better than yours regardless because I have quality control. I can imagine most of your video game collection is shit. Because 90% of video games are shit. This 10% are considered top tear video games. Some people say you are price gouging video games. I wonder is there some truth to that? Because the way I think it works, that you will promote that video game and you get a cute of that money. I am surprised that you are not promoting video games that are freaking cheap. I get most of my games from GOG.com. Usually they will sell a video game 2 dollars brand new. It is funny when you gamers talk about video game preservation when you are not doing anything about it. I can create installer disks from GOG.com. So long as the website does not shut down, I actually own my games. It is funny how you gamers act tough on the internet. I challenged you gamers to a fist fight and you declined. How am I the pussy? And when you people hear my retarded ass voice, you think I am stupid. When I dropped that knowledge on your ass, you plow a gasket. You basically did it to yourself, for thinking that I am stupid. You take care and I am better than you.
