If Lutnick is not asked about this when he testifies in Congress today, it would be profound negligence. Here’s proof that he lied about his relationship with Epstein and had deeper financial ties with the sex criminal than he admitted.

The Trump DHS just waved the white flag on their Global Entry shutdown. It took less than a month for their "security theater" to collapse under the weight of its own incompetence. They manufactured a crisis, realized they couldn’t manage the fallout, and folded. A total embarrassment.

Okay my read: since the court struck down the tariffs as unlawful from the start, it's refund time. Jurisdiction will be US Court of International Trade, they'll have to unpack it. But there should be refunds coming. Looks like a complete repudiation of IEEPA-based tariffs and total loss for Trump.

Supreme Court rules that Trump exceeded his authority by imposing sweeping tariffs on imports from nearly every trading partner, a major setback for his 2nd-term agenda. Roberts wrote for 6-3 majority with Thomas, Alito and Kavanaugh dissenting. @amarimow.bsky.social www.nytimes.com/live/2026/02...

"Based on two words separated by 16 others in ... IEEPA," Roberts writes, " 'regulate' and 'importation'--the President asserts the independent power to impose tariffs on imports from any country, of any product, at any rate, for any amount of time. Those words cannot bear such weight."

There was reporting yesterday that GOP Rep. Neal Dunn would resign early after previously announcing that he was merely retiring, but it was met with pushback.

Now there is further reporting that it's true.

Depending on timing, this could bring House Rs down to 217 and generate a special election.
