You've seen fireworks that look like jellyfish, but what about a jellyfish that looks like fireworks?
The E/V Nautilus filmed this rare Halitrephes maasi jellyfish glowing like a firework at a depth of 4,019 feet (1,225 meters) off the coast of Baja California, Mexico.

Finished my cat eared cap prototype. It’s all handsewn with felt used for the brim. I had to fix the top so I did patch on some triangles.
I also cut it up before I finished it to draw the pattern out so I can make more. I ordered some visors, so I’ll be making a few more but with my sewing machine

A commission I finished. It’s a memory portrait of this sweet boy that recently passed, with bluebonnets, daisies, and ladybugs requested.

People need to stop parroting "genAI is here to stay".
Is it here to stay in that the technology has been created & we can't uncreate it? Sure.
Is it here to stay in the shoving-it-into-everything-&-destroying-our-infrastructure-&-world sort of way? Well, we can (and must) push back on that.

hate to push this again, but you know how it is. my husband and I are separated, and just rebuilding a room is expensive! I owe him money for helping me buy a new bed, then the optometrist took the last of my spendable money. consider leaving a tip- shit is hard and i wanna relax as soon as I can!

This is just a set up to make taxpayers bail out this shitty industry when the bubble pops.
Also a way to help kill the copyright lawsuits against these terrible companies.
Hell no. Make them pay and let them die.

I have a commission to paint a pet, but I haven’t painted in a hot minute, so I am practicing painting one of my doggos. This is also my first time oil painting. I’m using basic paints I had laying around 😬 but so far it’s really fun using them. I bet the better quality paints are amazing.
