As someone who loves film, this whole narrative that "there are no good guys or bad guys anymore, moral relativism is killing modern cinema" pisses me off because of how ahistorical it is.

From The Critic to Phantom of the Paradise, he was just always around.
I was lucky to meet him about a decade ago. He seemed surprised I was so into Beef and Phantom in general. I hope he knew what he meant to so many.
