My new Mitch McConnell theory. Ischemic stroke. Some damage after tPA so he has residual symptoms. He could have been breathing on his own after the stroke but unresponsive when EMS got there.
None. Maybe he had another stroke and was unconscious. That explains the cardiac arrest call I suppose. He might not have been initially responsive.
