Time goes by quickly, I'm 43 today 🎂. I'm not really planning on doing anything today because I'm really tired 🫩. I'd rather just relax at home. I'm not big on celebrations anymore like I used to be. Since I've gotten older, birthdays (and holidays) are pretty much like any other day to me. They used to be fun when I was a kid though.

Back in July, I saw an Instagram ad for the Clicks Power Keyboard. I was intrigued because I miss📱phones with a physical keyboard ⌨️. It was a pre-order and I finally got it over the weekend. One thing that is important to remember is that Samsung Galaxy phones don't have a built in magnet. If you want to use it with a Galaxy phone, you will need to get a built-in case or an adhesive magnetic ring for the back of your phone.

Living with Diabetes isn't easy. I have Type 2. Trying to watch my diet and pricking my finger ever day can be a pain🩸. I also do a lot of walking for exercise 🚶🏻‍♀️‍➡️. Every morning, I check my blood sugar and write it down in a blood sugar log book. I'm not on insulin, but I'm on a few medications (Metformin, Glipizide, and Januvia) 💊 for now.

NASCAR recognizes today, August 18th, as Kyle Busch Day 🏁. 8/18 pays tribute to the two car numbers closely associated with his most notable car numbers he had during his career. He died May 21, 2026. Kyle Busch will be missed in a way that’s hard to put into words. Not just for the wins or the moments on track, but for the energy he brought, the spark he carried, and the way he made racing feel a little more alive. His absence sits quietly in the background of race days now, and you can feel it. He will be greatly missed. Forever Rowdy 🕊️.

I wanted to share that I really love this 😍. Dove has an Ice Cream Parlor line that came out recently and is sold at Target. It includes Strawberry Swirl 🍓 (pictured), Pistachio Gelato, Coconut Vanilla and Raspberry Sorbet. It includes body wash, deodorant, body mist and body scrub. I didn't get the body scrub because I don't really like those.

Lately I've been having a lot of trouble with the security features I purchased from my host. The firewall kept blocking me from doing things on the site which was really annoying 🤦🏻‍♀️. The site was down for a bit because of the problems I was having. I found an alternative that's working out better 👍🏻. There was also a problem with subscription and registration emails not being sent but that is also fixed.

For those who don't know, I've struggled with mental health issues since I was a kid and have been on different medications for that long. I've pretty much been put on everything. Sometimes I don't like to talk about it much because of how people can be so judgmental 😔. I guess I wanted to give a bit of an update about what's going on now.
