Hi. I just look at your posts and never give anything back. Rude of me. Here, have a picture of my cat ignoring the 3 water bowls available and him shoving his head into my cold tea from last night.
Just because.

“…perhaps oblivious to the fact that he was unlikely to spot the nocturnal animal during his daylight escapade.”

This is funny.
Earlier this week, Donald Trump had to backpedal after sharing an image that appeared to depict himself as Jesus Christ healing a sick man.

His reasoning for doing so sparked ridicule — and got us thinking about the greatest political excuses ever.

We're having opinions again. But this time, we are going formal.

I helped mobilize a group of neighbors to provide direct aid to nearly 50 families who are in hiding from ICE.

These folks deserve fresh, familiar foods. So we're purchasing groceries direct from neighborhood Latino markets whenever we can.

Venmo @kristina-halvorson to help, and please repost.

Right, I need help here. Been waiting an hour and a half for a medical appointment. We all know as soon as I go to the loo, they’ll call me. Is it worth the risk?

Yesterday, I went to the gym at lunch. First time I’ve lifted weights in years. Then I sat at my desk for 4 hours.

I am so paying for it today. 🤣

Hello.
Very personal, maudlin one today.

Wanted to share some things that helped me when dealing with grief:
* there’s no rule book; just many ways to grieve,
* grief isn’t linear,
* sometimes it feels like drowning. Find something to cling on to and just float. That’s enough for today.

At dog agility training. Lottie (huge, fluffy black puppy thing - not sure of breed), took the jump, ran through the tunnel, scampered off to the next field, jumped the barbed wire, sloshed through the swamp ditch and then came back.
8/10. Would watch again purely for the owner’s reaction.

We have some of the most amazing, beautiful, supportive people in this industry. People who are ready to chat and be there even when you don’t think you need them (but apparently do). I feel so grateful and blessed.

Here, have a pic of this year’s first corn cob to celebrate friendship with me.
