Happy autumn, my friends. I had hoped to have a proper schedule by now so we could all hang out and combat the SADs together, but that is still TBD. Since I'm still sick today, I figured I could do some cozy work on my fic at least. We'll see.

I’m sick now too but I put the finishing touches on my first keychain. took me over a year to perfect this process (I think? what is time?) but now I can make decent-looking handmade acrylic keychains. gonna torch the edges to clean up the rough cuts. might have these listed end of the week.

I truly, deeply, sincerely do think the guy flipping burgers at McDonalds should be able to afford rent, bills, and groceries with his paycheck alone. That's kind of the whole point of having a job and I can't believe this is considered a radical position.🤷🏽♀️

This is such a good read just in that AI seems to be the climax of humanity's suffering under capitalism. A grotesque dance around what value even means. I think that's the greatest lesson I have learned. 1/?

I've been quiet but it's just because I'm exhausted and I'm working on something amazing actually. it's nothing to do with ffxiv right now unfortunately but it'll probably help me get back into ffxiv at least. I hope it helps a lot of neurodivergent people.

Nothing would do more to restore local economies in rural areas than universal basic income. Main streets across the US would be revived as new businesses started, and customers immediately spent money there, prompting those businesses to hire workers to meet demand and fuel more local spending.
