Yesterday, a credit card issuer thought a debit of £0.00 by Trip dot com was suspicious.

They sent me a SMS demanding I answer straight away to confirm if it was me or fraud.

My current mobile operator, Mozillion, does not allow replies to businesses, so the bank froze the card.

Sorted it now.
