My niche GW4 #fpl dilemma… I have Raya but no other Arsenal defenders. I plan to WC during the international break. I need to play Thomas at home to Brighton. I have the funds… worth a hit for Calafiori (ie does he score 4 points more)?

#FPL I need to set up for GW3 today as heading away and no access to internet etc until post deadline. Will therefore miss team news et al so playing safe - will likely bring in Hall and Gross for Rodon and Tzolis (Thomas back on the bench). TC will go on the robot. What will be, will be.

#FPL Approx 5.3m green arrow so no complaints this week. 110 points, upto 2.2m. Some potential issues to address in GW3 include Rodon, Van Hecke and Tzolis. Not ideal, but will ponder some options.

#fpl Rational head - it’s a marathon, not a sprint; variance; in 10 mins it’s all out of my control. FPL head - how do this lot screw me for another 7.5m gameweek rank? Submitted with some residual post GW1 angst. Bruno (c)... ATB everyone!

The view on poor early #fpl gameweeks is to ignore rank - and it’s sound advice. One extra small tip I have is to look at the LiveFPL website and keep tabs on how many points you are off the top 100k. I’m 42 off - that can be erased by a couple of good (lucky?) captaincies. Helps keep perspective 😀

Totally unplanned but watched the ‘Miracle of Istanbul’ which then prompted a long overdue listen to the Tears debut (and only) album which came out about a week later. A welcome blast of nostalgia all round.
