SCOTUS blocked MO GOP's 2025 House map for the 3rd time this month. The map, drawn after Trump urged mid-decade redraws, split KC to flip Rep. Cleaver's seat. MO will use its 2022 map in Nov while voters decide the new one by referendum.

SCOTUS ruled 6-3 Fri to let Trump admin use its revamped SAVE database to screen voter rolls for noncitizens. A judge blocked it in June over unreliable data & privacy law violations. Some eligible voters already lost their registrations.
