Duskfade is a cool game I enjoyed playing
It wears its inspiration HEAVILY on its sleeve. But it does its own thing while using that inspiration as building blocks (even has a cool narrative too)
When they said their inspiration was Kingdom Hearts and PS2 era platformers...they werent kidding
