Modded Minecraft, specifically with Cobblemon and with most hostile mob spawns disabled. I get to spend a mostly peaceful year playing with Pokemon, death isn't permanent, and one of the mods adds a hammock that skips the daytime so if I get bored I can skip the rest of the year by sleeping it away.
