Jon Isaacs of the Portland Metro Chamber is spending hundreds thousands of dollars to protect his (public $ subsidized) job.

Some councilors won’t work with him anymore because of his inability to control his horrific temper.

He knows that if DSA is here to stay, his lucrative grift is over.

The city funds the Portland Metro Chamber through the Downtown Clean and Safe ESD scam, so this hilarious fuckup is our tax dollars at work.

Lucky for Portland, they ended their football program in 1951. So only Portland State is left to face the wrath of the Ducks.

This is how the Pilots depicted them ending the football program in 1951 in their yearbook.

From @noellecrombie.bsky.social: Stephenie went through another sweep, this time after testifying against a suspected serial killer. She got the sweep notice Monday, spent Tuesday at the courthouse and was overwhelmed Wednesday. Portland took her RV Thursday.

I truly, deeply, sincerely do think the guy flipping burgers at McDonalds should be able to afford rent, bills, and groceries with his paycheck alone. That's kind of the whole point of having a job and I can't believe this is considered a radical position.🤷🏽‍♀️

eliminating I-5 for a week seems to have caused remarkably minimal disruption to Portland's regional traffic flows.

so why again do ODOT, Governor Kotek and the Oregon Legislature think we should spend three billion dollars (!) to literally double the width of lanes on I-5 through North Portland?
Carmageddon does a no-show in Portland. Closing the I-5 freeway increased AM peak hour travel times about five minutes compared to normal conditions. cityobservatory.org/wheres-my-ca...
