Everyone is shaped differently, so you will have to identify your particular fit challenges and find ways to solve them.

As usual, this thread is not meant to body shame anyone — only to give readers tips on what to look for when shopping for pants. I hope you find this useful.

There are procedures for disputing election results, and the governor deciding not to certify is not one of them.
Bad: Alaska's GOP governor just refused to commit to certifying Mary Peltola if she wins Senate race. Trump is seizing on NYT story to pressure Rs to decline to certify her.

I talked to election law experts. They explain why this will likely fail but get very nasty:

Inside Trump’s Dark Plot to Keep Senate in GOP Hands Even If Dems Win
Senate control could come down to Alaska. Can Republicans really refuse to certify or seat Mary Peltola if she wins? Probably not. But they sure can gum it up.

It's also funny that when they reposted the meme, they cut out the context that this was (according to the earlier posters) spotted in a town 25 miles from Springfield.

This isn't just "Ohio," this is (again, allegedly) somebody in that metropolitan area that he targeted for his racist blood libel.

I don't think people understand how much of being trans is just slapping a smile on and going "oh no, that's okay!!!" when it clearly isn't. You don't have to collaborate in your own humiliation. You don't have to take one for the team. You don't have to say you're okay with anything that isn't okay

public health is inherently political, full stop.
Counterpoint: telling public health leaders their work is not "political" is part of what left public health w/o capacity to respond when faced with active, well funded opposition. That's not saying D or R politicians should trump science.
Politics is power. Has always been part of public health.
COMMENTARY: To regain trust in public health, untangle it from politics

The question for future federal health leaders is whether they’ll have the will to shift from political pandering back to evidence-based, trustworthy recommendations.

If the NYT is so interested in the Alaska Senate race they should ask Dan Sullivan, who in 2016 said he could not support Trump due to "reprehensible revelations" about him, what he thinks about the latest rape allegation against Trump.

Oh right I forgot: The NYT hasn't reported the new allegation.

I also posted this on my (very low engagement) gardening IG. I have HUNDREDS of comments, massive engagement, no sign of stopping.

I’m not tooting my own horn. It’s proof that Meta pushes anger. Amplifies controversy. I knew, but I hadn’t experienced it.
Code Enforcement in my city (I don't live in an HOA) got an anonymous tip about my "disordered and unruly" garden. To the govt worker's credit, he didn't see a problem and felt bad for having to say anything. 🤬
