New personal YouTube policy: if a channel uses AI thumbnails, I unsubscribe (if subscribed) and set the channel to "Don't not recommend."

Every day, my opinion on social media grows darker and I find myself questioning my use of it. I find there are few positives, and I'm struggling any find more.
Meanwhile, it's the only source of anger and anxiety in my life. I dislike how it weaponizes people and enables grifters of all sorts.
