Scope of work on this looks reasonable. It has a maintenance backlog. The funds are probably pilfered from other parks, however.

Yeah. Wrote a whole book about it. We make issues salient in discourse through consistent effort. It’s an empirical fact but folks acts like political issues& issue attitudes are sprung from a “kitchen table” cabbage patch. We should argue for what we want. Again & again. Until it’s common sense.
the lesson from the right is not that their obsessions with trans volleyball, anti Haitian blood libel, or reversing the change in teen pregnancy rate are actually the well framed kitchen table issues of the volk but simply that political discourse becomes about things people say often and loudly
